Dominick P. Trombetta, Pharm. D., CGP, FASCP, BCPS
Consultant Pharmacist
Dr. Trombetta’s area of practice is geriatrics/internal medicine and he maintains a clinical practice at Allied Services Rehabilitation Hospital in Scranton, Pennsylvania. His services include pain management in addition to rounding with the internal medicine team. He is currently an Associate Professor of Pharmacy at Wilkes University, Nesbitt School of Pharmacy. His responsibilities include the traditional didactic teaching in the pharmacotherapeutic sequence as well as precepting introductory (IPPE) and advanced practice pharmacy students (APPE) in geriatrics/internal medicine. In addition to his academic position, Dr. Trombetta maintains an independent consultant pharmacy practice which includes long-term care resident medication regimen review. Additionally, he has served as manuscript reviewer for US Pharmacist, Handbook of Nonprescription Drugs, and the American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy. He has presented posters at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy and has been an invited speaker at local, state, and national venues.
